Has a fuse installed (everyone asked this) contacted the really kind seller and also he did confirmed this. But to be sure i checked too! :) (as you can see on the picture it's just screws off and on) Everything works perfectly. Yes fast charging works. Everything feels good quality. Not sure if it's 100% rain resistant. But i saw that there is an rubber seal on it. But i'm sure it will be fine.

На вид вполне вещь крышка от воды закрывает не сильно плотно, но вещь явно не для аквалангистов. крепление пластик, одноразовое. Клеммы присутствую, сразу можно монтировать без плясок. В комплекте переходник, чтобы инвертировать полярность без танцев с бубном. Нафик она правда не ясно. Тест все покажет
